Babson Professor Heidi Neck, the 2016 Schulze Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year and author of two books on entrepreneurship pedagogy, believes that future entrepreneurs need teachers who can inspire them, build on what's been proven to work, and keep innovating. This means that professors must be deeply in touch with why they want to teach entrepreneurship -- and for Neck, it's not grooming the next tycoon.  In this video from her address at the September 2016 EIX Conference, where she accepted her honor, Neck shares how she's discovered what's important to her, and how her students have responded.
